This platform provides a structured, in-depth questionnaire that helps us accurately gather information about your symptoms from childhood to the present.

Step 1: Seeking a Diagnosis?
If you suspect you may have ADHD, our structured assessment process is the right place to start. It’s broken down into two distinct parts to ensure a thorough and accurate diagnosis.
Part 1: The Initial Evaluation
Our initial evaluation is a video session with a specialized GP. We’ll conduct a detailed clinical interview to understand your history, symptoms, and the impact they have on your daily life.
Part 2: The Diagnostic Interview & Report
Following Part 1, you’ll complete the gold-standard DIVA 5.0 assessment. Our clinician will then provide a formal diagnosis, if appropriate, along with a comprehensive report and a personalized care plan.
Step 2: Have a Previous Diagnosis?
If you have an existing ADHD diagnosis, we offer a dedicated pathway to ensure your care is aligned with our services and your current needs.
If Diagnosed by SolasMind
Once your assessment with us is complete, you can book a medication review consultation to start a tailored treatment plan with one of our registered clinicians.
If Diagnosed Elsewhere
If you have an existing diagnosis, you can choose our ADHD Assessment with a previous diagnosis option. We’ll conduct a comprehensive review of your existing report to create a personalized treatment plan for you.
Step 3: Clinical Interview
Following the initial steps, you’ll have a thorough one-on-one clinical interview with one of our clinicians. This is a private, confidential conversation where we will discuss your history, symptoms, and the impact they have on your daily life.
Step 4: Diagnosis & Report
After the interview, your clinician will provide a formal diagnosis, if appropriate. You’ll receive a detailed, comprehensive report that outlines our findings and recommends a personalized care plan, which may include therapy, coaching, and other supportive resources.

What if I don't receive a diagnosis?

Our initial consultations and clinical interviews can be conducted via secure online telehealth platforms for your convenience. The DIVA assessment is also completed online.
